Return Policy for In Stock Items

 

As a reliable wig supplier &manufacturer, our mission is to provide customers with top quality products, reasonable price and best customer service. Always, we try our best to achieve these, make your purchase perfect… However, we understand there may be customers asking for return or exchange in seldom cases, below is our return policy.

 

There are 7 days from the day you receive your order to request to return or exchange.

If after receiving the wig unit, you have a problem or you do not like the hair color or texture, You can exchange the wig in 7 days after you get the wig and you can send back to us and bearing the return shipping charges. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, uncut…etc. Remember, you can only return items in the exact condition as it was received. If the goods is out of their original condition after return, we will refuse the return or exchange.

 

This includes but is not limited to any of the following:

 

DO NOT Rip or Tear the Lace

DO NOT Put any kind of Chemicals on the Wig Unit

DO NOT Wear the Wig Unit

DO NOT Put Glue or Tape on the Wig Unit

DO NOT Put Products on the Wig Unit

DO NOT Wash or Condition the Wig Unit

DO NOT Dye the Wig Unit

DO NOT Perm or Put Relaxer on the Wig Unit

DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig Unit

DO NOT Destroy or Lose any of the Original Packaging

DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself Prior to Calling Us

 

If you do none of the above, we will refund after receiving the returned item.

***The refunds DO NOT include shipping cost as it has been paid to the shipping company.

The return policy above is applied for the in stock wigs only.

***It is not applied for custom wigs.



Return Policy for Custom Hair Items

 

***Custom orders are designed and produced specially for you. We CANNOT accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. Once you have placed a custom order with us for the desired unit, it is yours. So please make sure everything is exactly what you want when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect head sizes, variances in color caused by monitor settings or any mistake made by customers when ordering…

 

If error or fault is caused by our side for the custom order, please return the custom unit directly without any changes within 7 days, we will offer you prompt refund or repair after receiving the returned item. Except this, the custom units CANNOT be returnable.

 

We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and that have been altered in any way. All packaging, including wig caps, wig bag, wig label or tag, etc. must be returned with the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our return policy are not met.

 

We do not accept Returns on wigs that have been altered NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:

DO NOT Cut the Lace

DO NOT Tear or Rip the Lace

DO NOT Put Glue on the Unit

DO NOT Put products on the Unit

DO NOT Put any chemicals on the Unit

DO NOT dye the Unit

DO NOT attempt to correct the problem yourself prior to calling us

DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit

DO NOT Perm the Unit

DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Unit

DO NOT WEAR the Unit

DO NOT destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and wig bag

Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our return policy.

 

If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Refund Policy

 

The refunds DO NOT include shipping cost and the payment handling charge.

 

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request the refunds according to our return policy

 

We will send the refunds within one business days once we received the wig(s) and inspected.

 

Pls write "$10" value and " sample of synthetic hair wigs" on courier sheet in order to avoid customs tax (if high value, we can not accept return )
